Marketing Team | Student Marketing Manager

The StFX Students’ Union is Seeking to hire a Student Marketing Manager to work with its Marketing Team and Studio for the 2025-26 school year.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Student Marketing Manager shall be responsible for assigning marketing and communications projects to the marketing team on a weekly basis

  • The Student Marketing Manager shall ensure that all marketing material produced by The U Marketing Team (TUMT), for any purpose or reason, be of a nature that is clear and appropriate. Any and all content produced by the TUMT or the U Marketing Coordinator (PM), shall be approved by the Student Manager and Communications and Marketing Manager.

  • The Student Marketing Manager shall present to Society Presidents twice a year at Society President training to review Online Marketing forms, services and timelines

  • The Student Marketing Manager shall lead the transition of the incoming and outgoing U Marketing Coordinator Team with direction provided by the Communications and Marketing Manager.

  • The Student Marketing Manager will schedule and keep up to date payroll information to be submitted to the Accounts Manager for the TheU.

  • The Student Marketing Manager shall perform all other duties requested of them by the Marketing and Communications Manager.

  • The Student Marketing Manager shall take on large projects for the TheU including but not limited to, Orientation Week; Home Coming; X-Ring; Frost Week; and Graduation.

  • The Student Marketing Manager may be required to assist with HR matters for TheU Marketing Team.
