The Student Advocate Office is located on the 4th floor of the Bloomfield Centre (SUB) in office 418.

Our Conduct Advocates are trained extensively in matters related to the Community Code of Conduct in order to provide guidance and support to students during the conduct process. They can walk students through the entire appeal process, help format letters, coach students on interviews, and explain overall how the Community Code works.

Our Academic Advocates specialize in the Academic Integrity Policy as well as the Academic Calendar in order to help support and provide resources to any student through the Academic Appeals process. They are able to assist students whether they are submitting a formal appeal, facing an issue with academic integrity, or appealing a grade they received in class, they are here to guide and support through the process.

This free and confidential service is available to all students enrolled at StFX. From answering questions to representing you at hearings and appeals, the advocates are a great resource.
