Need a quiet space on campus? Office 418 in the Bloomfield Centre is available to you!

Reserve the space up to 1 hour ahead of your booking* (*pending availability.) and you’ll have a quiet, private location reserved for your meeting, appointment, or other commitment. Bookings are available in 15 minute, 30 minute, and 1 hour time blocks. You are also allowed to book multiple blocks back to back to reserve the room for longer if needed.

The Private Booking Room is located on the 4th floor of the Bloomfield Centre on StFX’s Campus. To get access to the space you will need to use the code given to you at the time of booking to open the lock box outside the door. Inside the lockbox will be a card with a passcode that matches the code you used to access the lock box, just swipe that card in the door, punch in the code you will be given upon booking the room, and the door should unlock momentarily for your to enter before locking again so you won’t be interrupted during your meeting.

Please always return the key card to the lock box after you have finished using the space.

The Private Booking Room does not have a publically available computer or phone, you will still need to bring your own device to connect to the internet.
