ABOUT KEVINS CORNER FOOD RESOURCE CENTER

This Students’ Union funded and managed service has been running for a number of years now and was originally named the Student Food Resource Centre. It has since been renamed to the Kevin’s Corner Food Resource Centre after Kevin Fraser, the ex-manager of Food Services for Sodexo who passed away in 2018. This center offers a number of different services including: the Food Resource Centre, the breakfast program, a garden, and numerous fundraisers and food drives throughout the year. All of these services are volunteer run and the center is currently managed by Julianna Drake. The breakfast program was started and is currently managed by Bailey Wasdal in an effort to ensure that students have access to a nutritious breakfast before they go to their classes.
